1986 KDX200 hello from the Isle of Man

Hi KDX riders.
I just picked up this aircooled KDX last week.
It was restored a few years ago with engine, suspension and wheel rebuilds and lots of new bits. It needs recommisioning after being stood for a few years, so i'm changing the fluids, cleaning the powervalve, which i think is stuck, and it has some play in the suspension upright bearings.
I plan to take off some of the original parts and put on modern bars and some old KTM pegs so i can trail ride it here on the Isle of Man, depending how it rides i may look at doing some vinduro events on it, after lockdown.
Regards Richard.

I managed to get the bike up and running for a quick shakedown test ride. I did a comparison with my modern Husky and the KDX rode really well, I was very impressed.
