Bottom end flush

Hey guys so I have the top end of and thought came to me is there any harm or benfits /running some premix or trans fluid from the top and draining a couple times

Do you mean pouring it into the bottom end?

Your talking about flushing out the transmission & clutch, not the crankcase. Correct?
If you lend someone $20, and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
