Hello again, my front brake doesn't seem to have good leverage. The angle of the cam is correct per manual. It does engage and stop the front wheel from spinning when on a bike stand, but if I have momentum and weight on the bike there's not enough pressure inside the drum to really stop the wheel. Any ideas on what is wrong here?
I have a basic understanding of how it works because I've taken apart and put back together the rear and front drum a couple times -- but still basically a noob.
Thanks in advance for any insight.

Have you measured the drum and shoes for wear?
