Can anyone please help me find:
What year would DX200E-011806 be? Seller claims 1991 (but no documents).
Where would an engine number be located?

And if possible also:
DX250F003359 (says 1991?)

Engine marking will be located on the left side of the drain plug on the vertical surface.

Update: Just called Kawasaki, they say the bike is a 1990 according to a search in their archive.

89-91 Model Recognition Manual that was at dealerships

Those are frame numbers, not VINs. Some countries had frame numbers instead of VINs.
