Is there any advice on here of manufacturers that are preffered for supply of new Con Rod kits and piston kits for my E1 rebuild.
Im really looking to ssee if anyone has any horror stories of manufactureres NOT to use, perhaps Mitaka or Wossner
Piston will be going in new nikasil plated cylinder so rings need to be correct i believe which some of the forged pistons dont have?
Guys/Gals you help much appreciated.....if it helps im in the UK and am looking for cost effective rather than cheap or expensive brands and manufacturers.

Re: E SERIES CON ROD & PISTON RECOMMENDATIONS
I have never ran a Mitaka or Wossner. From reading what others have posted over the years, I would skip the Mitaka and be OK with a Wossner.
Is there a Pro-X connecting rod kit available for it?

Re: E SERIES CON ROD & PISTON RECOMMENDATIONS
I've used Hot Rods rod kits many times without issue. I like either Vertex or Wiseco pistons. I've used a lot of each in several different brands of bikes with good results.

Thanks for the advice guys...i will steer away from Mitaka and head more towards Pro X for both kits if I can.
