Buttoning it up:
You will have to melt the bottom of the tank to clear the top head water fitting and the coolant line. The tank already has a big recess in it so the total molding is really minimal. Y0u can see the 2 dents on the side of the tank reccess that I made. That is it. I estimate 1/8 cup total volume reduction.

I bought heat gun from EBay for $5. I used a pipe with an elbow fitting to manipulate the soft plastic. Carful! You can melt right through the tank if you get too aggressive. If you do, sand it, clean it and JB weld it. No biggie, you won’t see it anyhow. See the rear head stay removed and the clearance as well.

what is the exact color of your frame, I like it alot.
