Radiator Hoses?

Post by sean-svm »

What radiator hoses are bring used on hybrid bikes? The motor is 2003 and the chassis is 2005. I lined up the KX hoses and it doesnt look like they will fit. I don't really have access to the KDX ones anymore so I can't say if they will work either. Any input from those who have built one would be great.

I used the KDX hoses. I think I had to trim them. 2003 KX 125 and 2004 KDX 220.

For one hose I went to the local Auto Parts Store and looked through the pre bent heater hoses until I found one with the bends in it I needed.

I bought brass couplers at home depot, I forget what size. I cut the KX ('04) hoses and rotated the ends that connect to the engine 90 degrees and they fit perfectly.
