With Ron not doing OE carbs anymore and being semi retired I was wondering if anyone has some suggestions on how to modify the jet block and air screw passages. I have already bored one of my carbs to 35.5 and may bore the second to 36.5. Setting up to remachine the squish clearance as well.
Thanks!
Shane

That's a lot of stickout! Did it wobble on you at all? I've had success with a boring head on a milling machine instead (if you're so equipped.)

The boring bar is only about .500" longer than the carb throat so I have to be careful to stop the feed of the carriage in time. I had just started cutting. It did cut pretty nice. I give it an 9 out of 10.
