JD's Needle Thread link isn't working!

Hey I was happy to find the link to this document on the RB Designs needle, but when I click on the link nothing happens. Is the link broken or something?

Actually, this is probably just an issue with my computer/browser. When I copy that link and paste it into the address bar, it downloads right away with no problems, and then I can open it.
