Look like 2003 KX125. The 04 and up the fork protector guide is different

Measure the diameter of the chrome inner tubes.

Also, there may be some markings on the axle lugs which can be compared to other sets of forks to help
determine a year. For example, looking at used forks on eBay may show a model with the same code stamped into the axle lug.

Those are definitely way older than 2003. Look like 43mm KYB's, my guess is 95-97 KX forks. They're KX for sure, that brake line design is unique to Kawasaki. If they're 46mm, then they're '98 up.

You can also find information on your forks here, http://www.oem-cycle.com ,then go to the parts interchange info section, measure the clamping area of the forks at the upper and lower yokes.

Is that a custom stem? I haven't seen a solid one like that.

91 - 93 era I think

KDX250 stem is like that. (aluminum stem in KDX250, not steel - one of a few nice pieces the KDX250 got)

If the entire front end is off a 125 then its a 2003 as that is the first year the 125 upper triple had cushion mounting for the handlebars, all years prior were cast handlebar mounts. If the entire front end is not from a 125 then you'll need to measure tube diameters and do a little more investigation. The KX250s used rubber bar mounts (like the KDX), but the 125 didn't get that until later. The KDX250 lower triple used only 1 pinch bolt.

2002 was not cast. 2001 was the last year for cast.

Look on eBay for used triple clamps. 1990 KX, 1991 KX, etc. have that kind of stem. Just look on eBay at used clamps.

Look at the axle and hub as well. Those guards may just be mounted on 1990 - 1992 forks. They are 1993 - 2003 guards and guides, but they can be made to halfway fit older stuff.

The hub flange will have a code on it.

Bearing diameter changed in 1993 I think.

Post some pics of codes and numbers or shop on eBay and picture match.
