I finally took a photo of my DIY triple clamp stops for a KLX fork swap. After the first couple rides I noticed that the triples were etching into the tank, so after consulting some of you guys here on the forum, this is the result. I drilled and tapped the original stops, then used blue lock-tite to hold the small screws in place. It seems to do the trick. Hopefully this helps out someone else that has or will have the same question. Take care.

I ended up welding tabs onto mine when I had KLX forks, but this is a great solution for someone without that capability!

Glad you got the mod done! I did the same thing but used a flat head screw since I only needed a very small amount of clearance, and I only had to do it on one side. A simple idea/fix that I got from the forum here - one of many!
