Klx forks diameter.

Just wondering what is the fork diameter of the klx, if the triple clamps bolt straight up could they be used then slide in the upside down fork of your choice

43mm the same as the stock conventional forks? That can't be right

One could use 1991 - 1995 KX125 / KX250 / 1991 - 1996 KX500 forks in KLX300R clamps, but I think 1996 and newer (125 / 250) have larger outer tubes due to the larger inner tubes.
