Decided to not use Drz400 forks because of issues sourcing light springs, got a lead on ttr250 2010 forks which are the same 43mm kyb forks as the kdx, just wondering if anybody is aware of any changes and improvements to these later model forks, don't want to buy if they are exactly the same, I will hold out for the fully adjustable drz250 forks if that's the case

2006 was the last year in the USA for the TT-R250.

Race Tech shows 20 mm cartridges. The parts diagram looks like similar to a KDX fork. I would skip it. .42 springs in the USA, though.

Cheers , are you able to post a link to that info on the racetech website, I can't see to use it as well as you can, maybe because I only have a mobile phone

They sow the 2040GV for those forks, same as the KDX forks. 20 mm cartridges. 1987 size.

Those forks are no better than the KDX forks with all the same limitations. They are not worth the time and money to swap to IMO.

Cheers guys, I will keep searching for drz250 forks, I. Just don't like USD forks for single track work, maybe a controversial topic but all my research points to conventionals and fork flex to be a good thing for slow technical

Modern trials bikes have conventional forks.
I missed out on a KDX 220 with a Suzuki conventional fork conversion. I would love to have tried them.
