I was lucky enough to pick up a kdx with USD forks already installed, however I'm blanking on what bike/year the guy pulled the forks from. I need to do the fork seals and am hoping somebody can give me some insight on which model I have. I dont have the tube diameter right now but I can grab a set of calipers tomorrow and update this thread.

Re: Need help identifying forks
Some model of KLX or KX
If it is 41 mm inner tubes, it is 1990 KX.
Otherwise, it could be KLX or 1994 - whenever KX (might be YZ, CR, who knows).

Measured the tube and it's 46mm, pretty sure they're 2000ish kx250 forks

Re: Need help identifying forks
Can you post mire pictures, such as the lug on the bottom of the fork...the part that connects the axle to the bottom of the tubes?
