87 shock rebuild

About to fit a new seal to the shock, Can anybody tell me the process for setting the remote reservoir up to refill with oil etc, done plenty of normal shocks but not a remote reservoir one. Cheers

Do you have the OEM manual?
I would try making a catch can of sorts for the body and hose, bleeding the air up into a catch can. After bleeding, attach the hose to the filled reservoir.
I have not done one, myself.
