Rev Lock Install Question

I've got the Rev Loc installed as per the the directions. but the clutch pull feels waaay hard. I've yet to start the bike (top end will be done 2morrow).
I haven't adjusted the cable yet, so that's the next step.
Question is, should the clutch pull be so hard? If so, constant tension on that cable is gonna stretch it out real quick.

Check to see that the washer behind the center insert hasn't fell behind the clutch pack. This is commonly the problem.

Found the problem, I left one of the judder springs on top of the pack. Doooh!
Good news is... got the top end in, started it and all looks/sounds good. 2morrow I'll play with the clutch adjustments and hopefully go for a ride in the afternoon.

is this washer one of the steel plates from the dyna kit or is it one of the two washers behind the 22mm nut
my kit had nothing but the clutch pack and some extra springs for the dyna ring
sorry i am not clear on "center insert"

The washer is not part of the Dtna Ring package. The center insert I am referring to is the cast piece that the nut holds down... part number 13087.
Part number 99200 is the washer I am referring too.

thanx inda
i did not go any further than the clutch housing to check on the spacer and the first 92200 washer but i got the 2nd 92200 washer where it is on the parts fiche in between 13095 and 13086
seeing as i was missing a judder ring maybe i should go back and check behind the clutch housing
