Soooooo yea I was out on the river and hit some mud and laid it down.I flipped over the front all is well except I broke the header.now I could weld this dyno port header but I'm looking at just ordering the pro circuit platinum but they have a pro circuit works pipe too what's the difference?also will I need to rejet going from this dyno port to the pro circuit?

You could buy a new pipe, but they are not cheap ($200+), and you stand a chance of damaging it immediately, again. Since your bike is older (E-series?), I would recommend welding up the Dynoport. If your thinking that you want to buy a Pro-Circuit because you may get some significant increase in performance, I would doubt that will happen just because Dynoport has a good reputation for building quality pipes.
IMO - You would be better served by throwing that money at a top and bottom end rebuild. You will have an opportunity to inspect and clean the entire power valve assembly, and be gauranteed motor longevity.

Well the topend is brand new and everything was done by a shop in springfield ill. by the previous owner and is at 200psi according to my snap on compression tester.KIPS also was replaced and is fully functioning as well.bike runs awesome and I must have gotten over confident and leaned it over too far in the loose slick mud and down she went.its more of a hair line fracture right on the inside bend where the springs attatch.ill probably weld it up but I went ahead and ordered the pro circuit platinum pipe for the "BLING" factor and ill keep the dyno port for a spare or for another kdx.which leads me to the question of jetting will I need to rejet with the pro circuit?I'm currently running a 45/158 and CGL needle on 2nd clipp from bottom and it runs great.any difference for these pipes on jetting?

There's one sure fire way to find out.

Do these pipes differ that much?I can't really find much info on the dyno port pipe.which honestly is a better pipe and in the end going to make more power?

Because your KDX is an E series, you will probably have a hard time finding much pertinent information about pipe comparisons (a 15 year old dirt bike is, like 156 in street bike years). So, let us know how they compare here!

Not on my KDX.

They are all good pipes. The dynoports are rare, yet reported to be one of the best pipes in the day. It's like a midrange pipe I believe. The PC is like a rev as is the DG.

we ride a lot of trails, acess roads, rail roads, and country roads and a majority of time I'm cruising in 6th gear or rapping whatever gear I'm in out I think from what I gather the pc will be a good choice?btw you said in its day I know with anything else that technology gets better being the fact its newer am I to assume the pc is probably a better pipe all around?
