Hi Phil, i am just into the kx fork conversion using the 2005kx125 fork onto a 2003kdx200. I have read about you making an axle before for someone. I wanted to use back the kdx front wheel and odo and is figuring out on how to make a custom axle for the kdx wheel.
do you still make one? or do you have the axle measurement? if you are willing to machine one, I would gladly pay for it. thanks

I have done several conversions with the kdx front end and the only one that fealt good was the klx setup which I still ride. The kx swap fealt weird because the backend was much too different than the front. If your looking for a good set of U.S.D. forks check out the klx 300's. Plus the axles and wheel are exactly the same. Keep in mind your not going to get MX performance out of them but the kdx is an epic trail bike not an MX bike... Good luck man!
