Anyone shed some light on this:

Have water from weep hole / water in the oil window ( Mechanical seal and oil seal in water pump i think)
Oil from exhaust (this much normal on a 2stroke?)
Oil from kips right hand side of bike i think thats the KIPS anyways
And looks like somthings been leeking from a nut aboove the clutch cover.
Gasket is wet behind the kick starter

Water/oil from the weep hole is indeed the seals (and probably a grooved shaft). Water in the gearcase oil is also from the seals. Though sometimes white stuff in the gearcase WINDOW can be from condensation (need to ride it and get everything HOT to disperse it)
KIPS cover ooze can be considered pretty much normal, maybe in need of a new gasket.
Spooge from the exhaust is a jetting issue. Your bike is jetted too rich.
Clutch cover nut looks like rust from water collecting there while stored maybe? Came from somewhere outside I'd say.
And I don't see anything in the last photo "wet gasket behind the kicker", looks good to me.

What do you mean by grooved shaft? Sorry im abit uneducated.
Jetting Issue? You mean the oil pump? pumping in to much oil? or somthing els?

Your water pump shaft will develop grooves, worn in it by the water pump and oil seals. If it is grooved, you will still have leakage after you replace the coolant and oil side seals. rule of thumb, if you can feel a notch in the shaft with your fingernail, replace it.
As for jetting.. there is no oil pump in a 2 stroke.
By jetting, we mean carburator jetting. You mix your gas/oil at 32:1, the primary, needle, and main jets regulate how much of this mixture your motor recieves at a givin throttle opening. Too much and you get spooge (what your seeing splattered on your plate/fender), too little and you get overheat, pinging, and possibly a lean seize.

I had taking appart the carb when i got the bike because it was overflowing all the time so i cleaned the jets and added a fuel filter as i was getting crap from the tank in it, its working fine now.
What i did realise the main jet not the idle jet has a screw so you can change the hight the jet sits in the carb i didnt know how high or low this should be? does it matter?

I read over that article that will be a great help i will try that i have summed up the parts are (i got these prices from a kawasaki dealer):

--Oil seal 92049-1259 £3.71

--Mechanical water pump seal 49069-1055 £16.81

--Water pump shaft 13107-1270 £15.69

--O-Ring 6mm 670B1506 £0.48

--Clutch cover gasket 11009-1841 £9.62 ( Just because i think it needs a change)
