I have a 1991 kdx200 and was wondering if any other year make or model gas caps would work or if the stock one is my only choice. Thanks for the help guys

Can't answer in the '91 200, but for my '03 220, the cap off my son's KX85 is a perfect fit (albeit with a smaller external footprint which I like even better.

I think a Honda CR gas cap will fit from the 90's. There has been a few threads on this.... try searching for the threads.....

I tried to look through the threads I did a couple searches for gas caps but came up empt all I have is my phone for internet so my searches go slow to say the least. I have a salvage yard I could try to match my cap up there.

I went out and tried and the same cap fit the 94 200, 01 200, 04 200, and 02 CR250.
