CR250R forks on KDX 200?

Anyone here ever tried CR 250 forks and triple clamps on a KDX 200? There are a lot of CR 250 parts out there (eBay, Craigslist) and I already have a set of 2003 CR 250 forks that are in very good condition. Possible? Practical? Not a good idea?

They should work... check the bottom clamp and the size of the press fit part of the stem....

Oops! Just thought of something..... Won't be able to find a green front fender to fit CR250 forks.... I guess black would be ok....

You can add a green fender to the front by drilling the required holes in the fender to match the CR lower clamps fender mounting holes.
