Hi all,

This winter I rebuild my rear shock : Oil change, seal etc...

but when I wash my bike after my first real ride I noticed some tire mark inside my rear fender

I set the sag using the infos from Inda in suspension section.
I follow the instruction from cyclepedia for the rebuild.
Didn't see it but the guy at the shop told me he did put 142 psi of nitro.(no leak)
I used 5W fork oil ( Pro honda )

Compression are 4 click to be seated

Should I be using 7W or something else wrong :? ?

Thanks

this doesn't tell us how much you weight and what spring rate you have...
My guess is your spring is too soft for your weight, or worn out.

the bike was modded by "johnkdx" from this forum we are the same weight (170lb)

DOH!
On the race tech page I noticed "lowering kit" that reminds me of the lowering kit john made but never installed... I do install it for a try...
Can that be the problem ?

Lowering links can let the tire contact the fender, or did you perhaps switch to a larger tire?

tire still the same as last season... Michelin S12 xc seems to last forever
