Polishing of aftermarket pipes ?

What is the best way tp polish the nickel coated aftermarket pipes, ( such as FMF Gnarly pipes ) ? Would I just use a chrome polish ?

Mothers mag wheel polish and a power ball worked great for me!

i used a fine steel wool to remove surface rust

It's nickel... I ride dirt. Nickel doesn't need anything but hosed off....

Yeah, mine no loger resmbles nickel, and attempts to restore that may remove the plating entireley. Lesson....AT LEAST hose it off

Mine looks good on the side, but steel wool won't do anything about the rust over the front of the pipe.

ahhh, the fine patina that tells many stories of your trials and tribulations over the years together.

And the pipe has some blemishes, too.
