I just checked out my kdx220 in winter storage and noticed one front shock boot is wet with oil on the bottom. Would this be a bad seal? And how big of a job is it to repair??

yep seal, not very hard to replace, do a search, you'll find a good write up

Thanks guys, I'm going to try the sandpaper trick before replacing the seal. No harm in trying is it?

Tried it on my Vstrom's fork seals last summer

Still holding...
