I'm not sure if that's who I bought from for my E series, but it was the same deal. Downloadable PDF for about 15 bucks. Works great, and yes, it is bookmarked at every section.

Actually... the Cyclepedia manuals are far better IMO than the Factory Manual. Better explanations and color zoomable pics.
