sag & rear spring ?

I have a 97 kdx & just upgraded my front forks to a set of stock 01 kx250 forks . while making the change I had a local shop rebuild the forks , new seals and oil & adjusted for the woods . also I had my rear shock rebuilt having a new bushing installed oil and nitrogen also found out it had a racetech gold valve 
and set for woods . I set my sag last night 750mm on stand ..650 mm with me on it & static sag was 715mm . The rear spring was blue I assume stock I wiegh 175pds what do some of you think is the front 01 springs and rear springs going to be for my wieght ? I will get to ride this weekend cant wait ..looking for some input on the springs Thanks .
