I think you'll find you need to be quite specific around here. When it comes to bikes (and a few other things too), there are many answers to every question. And so, if there are several questions in a question, then that question could get many many many (and so on and so forth...) answers.
Sort of like the E answer in grade school that related to "not enough info".

I will offer some small assistance. If you are trying to check the level in the float bowl, this can be accomplished by some sort of rubber stopper to fit the drain plug which has a hose run through the middle of it to accept fuel from the bowl. Route the hose up beside the carb, and the level of fuel in the hose is = to the level of the fuel in the bowl.

there is a special adapter that I think is about $50 that screws in to the bottom of the carb and then has a nipple for a hose to slide on. I used the rubber stopper and a hose trick. It worked ok but was a little tricky. But close enough.

Is there a reason you don't trust the float level?
Checking the level is nice...I guess...but if it's wrong, you still have to change it...which means taking the fuel bowl off.
Besides..what is 'correct' in regard to a hose and a tube anyway? 16mm below the flange of the base?
Then...just SET the thing.
While you're at it...set it 2mm below spec. It works...it gets less carb pissment...it's a hi-falutin' modification to boot!

i just bought the stock kickstand on my 220 and the carb start to leak by the little pipe of the float bowl. and i guess that is beacause my fuel level is to high.

OK...so you take the fuel bowl off to reset the float level. You don't need a 'tool' to check what the level IS to do that.
While some carbs have the handy ability to set the float level externally..and in such cases an external gauge would be useful..the Keihin carb on the KDX ain't one of 'em.
You may be asking how to SET the float level? That's a completely different issue than use of an external fuel level indicator.
