Hi all
Do you guys know which year model KX125/250 forks will fit KX500 triple clamps?(if any). If I do a KX500 clamp/KX125 fork conversion do I have to use a KX500 front wheel?
Thanks

the wheel is bolt with the fork not to the clamp..... so if you use a kx 125 fork you will need kx 125 wheel

Thanks kev, I was just wondering if the 500 clamps are the same width as the 125/250.

Sometimes this is not true. The hub and spacers make an assembly to be placed between the forks. You will find in some applications that the hub is the same, but the distance between fork tubes differs. This means you need to alter the spacers to center the wheel, and so that the rotor will align correctly. This can also come into play to make another hub work. Just because the fork tubes fit in the clamp does not mean the distance is the same.
In short you can make whatever you want fit whatever you want.
