I recently bought a used 2000 KDX200 and it makes a funny chatter like noise at idle that clears up when reved, guy I bought it from said they all make that funny sound, KDX's . No bad vibrations and other than that its decent, got it for $500 so it needs some TLC. Thanks Jim

Thanks for the reply's, I'm going to ride it , just not used to that noise, would have normally thought it needed a rebuild, I'm very happy with it otherwise, just wish people did run bikes into the ground like this, thanks again Jim
