Here is how I installed my KLX headlight, I tapped the tripple tree and had two bolts turned down for posts.

How does the top of the headlight attach to the upper?
What KLX is that from? Are you also using the KLX front fender?

Ah as far as better, I just like the looks better, I did not hook the wiring up yet but it should be a hair brighter. Well the upper I havent figured out yet so for now velcro straps. My top clamp the bolts come through the back so I have to figure a bracket out. Nope KX fender.

Well my bike does have some KTM parts on it lol
