swingarm bearing service question

I need to press out two bearings from the shock rocker arm. Can I press one one bearing until it pushes up against the other bearing and push them both out the same side, or is there a raised section between them the is a stop for the bearings when pushing them in? If so, then how the hell to I get the first bearing out? Thanks.

Nevermind, I got impatient and just knocked them out tonight. Now if Ron Ayers would just hurry it up with those new bearings.
