I need a new throttle assembly or housing not just the sleeve for a 92 kdx 200. Any suggestions, I can't find a after market , will I need to go with the OEM. thanks

i just bought one on ebay for $1 plus $8 shipping, whole assembly with cable, to replace one of my broken ones. you can get one there pretty cheap. bikebandit.com also sells repair parts. you don't hafta buy the whole assembly. but the parts are EXPENSIVE!

I put the first cable number in their site's search box...it said, 'No such thing'.
I'd suppose that's a problem with their website...not that they don't have it.
Any throttle made for your size of bars would work. The problem is getting the cable to match. Lots of places (bike shops and such) make cables, too.
Getting them both (throttle and cable) from the same place (like MotionPro)..one that says the two go together... might save you some problems.
The Magura unit has an adjustable ratio. That might be worth the extra bucks.
