Trying to replace my countershaft seal. Is there a special tool that will easily pull it out or any special tricks I should know about? It is tough to get out

I got it out. Ordering new collar, o-rings and seal tomorrow

You do know that you can access this seal from the outside - i.e. not necessary to split the cases?
