I have 04 kx 250 forks and I was wondering how many shims I should take out of the base valve? Is two good to start with? I have lighter springs already.

I have taken three out of seven big shims from my 04 kxf forks and taken the bladders out.Oil level is 120mm 5wt belray.I have 4.0kgs springs.I race hare scrambles and enduros.They work alot better now over roots through the woods and easier on me!
