Fork Oil Level

What is the fork oil level suppose to be set at for a 2004 kx 250?
A lower level seems to make for a little cushier ride in the woods . . . I think acceptable fork oil levels run from 90mm - 140mm, so at the lower range. Try 115-120mm for starters. Try your best to get the level in each tube the same.
