I got full RB carb and head with PC pipe and running a 38/152 and CEK with clip in the middle. I have a bog when snapping the throttle more than half. Pilot is good, problem is only when I snap it wide open. You know, boooooog.

I am guessing I need to lower the clip (raise the needle). Yes?

Yeah, move it up to the #4 position and give it another try.

CEK to -4...and sort out your air screw. The 'how to' that Ron sends with the carb 'splains it well. Suffice to say it's now a big part of your tuning toolbox.
