I have the chance to buy forks, T's and wheel from a '03 RM 125. Can this be fitted in my KDX without problems? Any red flag anyone is aware of?

I think somebody did a swap with a RM fork, but can't remember what year it was.
Try a search in the fork conversion

Is the '03 RM125 thre same as the KX? I know on some years and models the RM and KX are the same, I think (maybe it was just the KX65's). If so, I used the '03 KX with very little trouble.
