A few months ago, I posted a link to a rebound adjustability kit for 1995 - 2005 KDX forks. This kit was made by Racing Suspension Products.

I noticed that they have a base valve (compression) valving kit, plus more modern rebound piston valving kits for KDX cartridge forks. They have a non-adjustable version, a version with midvalves and a version that is adjustable with midvalves.

The fork caps and adjuster rods are available as well.

You guys should take a look at their products. You may be able to make your KDX forks more modern and better working.

Do they sell an underhang adjuster ??

They suggest chopping the underhang off and filling the hole with JB-Weld... that's some good stuff!
