93-94 kx250 front end conversion

my friend has a front end off a 93-94 kx 250 (im not too sure about the year but i looked on google and those years have the same blue color) that he adapted to fit his 1990 kdx 250 for sale. i was wondering if he already did the hard stuff in converting it from kx to kdx or theres still work to be done because the kdx 250 and 200 are diffrent.
