are the kdx calipers for 93 and 01 different? i think the mounting points for a 93 is closer spaced than the 01 front caliper right?

so the 93 would not work on the kx forks i am thinking.

seeing how i already spent the money on usd kdx250 forks because i wasn't paying attention ! i figured i might as well get a caliper and axle and just run what i got till i sell my old kdx forks..

i picked up an older kdx200 caliper for 30 dollars and looking at the diagrams it matches the kdx250 caliper.

Look on the Kawi website. I think they will not match up but I may be wrong. You bought a KDX 250 front end or a KX? I have a 93 KDX 250 and it might be worthwhile to resell the KDX 250 forks and start the search all over for KX forks. THe rebound adjusters on a KX front end are what really makes the mod worth while if you are going to do the mod.

yup i bought a kdx250 cuz i wasn't paying attention..

... but i'm just gonna hold onto it for now and sell my kdx200 forks. I am going to save some money and just buy a kx125 complete. I can find them for about 1000 for a 99. i'll just do a whole conversion then and sell off all remaining parts.

My front end conversion cost me about 600, 2001 kx 125, rebuild, fork guard and stem swap included...
