Hi Ya'll, I have a stock KDX200, that I want to upgrade the forks on. I weigh 205lbs, and probably 220-225lbs all geared up. I have several options. First, I bought a bunch of used hop up parts from a guy who used to race a kdx but went orange. The lot included set of forks with Racetech gold valve and .40 springs and a gold valved shock. I picked up a rt 5.2 spring on ebay. I also have a complete 1997 kx250 roller chassis, and a line on a complete 1998 RM125 front end with conventional twin chamber showas like Foots's sleeper set up. Both the KX and RM should have .40 springs, if they haven't been changed. I am also looking at a 03 RM/KX set up but would have to piece it together, more time and money. I appreciate any input.

not that i have much experience in this but i would say stick with what has been used.. go with the kx250 setup you have already what you need
