One last Q

I know, I've taken forever to get my swap finished.

I've got one last Question. I'm sure I can figure something out but, I figure I might as well see what others have done.
I take it that I remove the fork slider guide and mount the brake cable directly to the guard itself. Show me some Pic's on how you did yours.

Tomorrow night I should be able to gibe my lil baby a test ride.

Sweet, thanks.

It appears in your first pic your slider guide doesn't go all the way around like mine does. Did it come that way or did you cut it to clear the brake cable?
My sliders don't come up as high as your do but it should still work the same way.
Thanks again.

You might want to ignore me tonight, I've had a few long necks.

I had to cut 1/2 of the guide to clear the cable, remember the cabel has to be mounted to the slider NOT the slider guide. (some people don't even use them, I kept mine to mount the seal saver more than anything else)
My slider are the same height as yours probably but don't forget to account for sag (and I believe I took the pic with the fork compressed a bit on the trailer)

KayD's pics says it all.

Good luck

Thank you scheckaet .
I stopped by the hardware store on the way home and picked up the clamp like you use.

I also cut the guide back and got it all finished tonight.
Thanks again.
