Axel...

Sorry to bring this up again...But i bought 96 KX Forks...and i Have a 94 KX 250 Wheel...Do i need an axel that Matches the Wheel, or the Forks???
I Might Machine my own with a lathe, but if the Axel isnt to expensive i might as wel buy it...WHich one??? :?

I think '94 and '96 wheel/axle are the same, so it shouldn't matter. I'm pretty sure '93-'98 all use the same axle. Check the part numbers on buykawasaki.com. If they are the same, your golden. I used a '98 wheel/axle with '96 forks and had no problems.

For the most part, the 125's and 500's use the same axle/spacers with a threaded sleeve on one end, the 250 uses a different axle, spacers and a nut instead of the sleeve. If your forks have removable clamp plates on both sides the 125 or 500 axles should work.

I have all three kinds of wheels and can interchange them by changing the axles/spacers out.
Now, mind you, this is a generalization for those years I've been dealing with; 1990-1998 kx125, and later 90's and 2K KX500's and late 90's to 2001 kx250.

i assume the spacers will also have to be bought eh...shouldnt be to much...

HOW ABOUT THE BRAKE CALIPER...will it just bolt on no problem???
