KIPS totaled! Where to buy new parts?

I just pulled the head off my bike and WOW! The kips setup is completely toast. All three valves are broken in 2 or 3 pieces and look as though they have been that way a while. Even the shaft has wear. Could this have caused any other unseen damage? Who has the best prices on new kips parts? Does anyone have a complete kips rebuild kit they sell?
Thanks
Vinny

I've not seen a 'complete kit'. 1. The parts are spendy, 2. It's not often (never that I know of) that such a thing is required.
I have bought some KIPS parts, usually from the local dealer. By the time I add in shipping from some place on the web, the local dealer has been cheaper.
I've gotten some parts from Fredette when other items were being shipped.
Other common OEM dealers on the web (RonAyers and BikeBandit) don't generally have stellar prices. Well, unless 'stellar' means 'way out there'.
What year?
Odd that so many parts would be broken. 'All three' meaning the two subport drums and the main valve? The drums don't often break..the activating shafts strip commonly on some of the older bikes.
So...no joy from this quarter. I don't have any happy info for 'ya.
Of course...you know what this means? If your KIPS hasn't been working, you're in for a treat when you get it fixed!
It's going to run a WHOLE lot differently!!
Something to look forward to besides JUST spending money!
Oh..other damage..
If anything broke in the governor shaft coming out of the RH case, pieces can cause mortal damage to the clutch and transmission. Subport drums and rods that are stripped will just sit there doing nothing. If the drum(s) physically broke, they will likely get blown into the pipe.
You're in new territory from anything I've experienced, seen or heard about.
Good luck!

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
$284.95 For all that crap! Oh well, I guess you pay to play. Should be in by Friday.
Can the cylinder be bored or does it have to be sleeved if need be?
Oh yeah the bikes a 93 that I decided to resto/mod. I got the bike pretty cheap but now am in too deep to turn back.

When you put in the new kips valves check to see if the bore in the cylinder that the valves ride in is still fitting the valves properly. When they get carboned up they tend to strip and then distort the bore walls around them.

If there is wear is it repairable?

It can be depending on how much damage there is.

Re: 'Ouch'
Surely not every part is broken!
Re: 'bored/sleeved'
This is a plated cylinder I presume?
Boring/replating is generally considered preferable to sleeving.

I believe if you sleeve the kips is not used
or maybe I'm thinking of the 240 big bore kit?

I went on ahead and ordered a new cylinder from Ron Ayers. I had been looking at Bike Bandit but they wanted $462 for a new one were as Ron wanted $381. By the time I sent the cylinder somewere had it inspected and replated/repaired I would have had well more than half that invested in a used cylinder. Did I do wrong? I assume sence Ron Ayers is listed under the links section he is trust worthy and has good parts.

Are 'E' bikes alpha designated like the 'H' models?
Not a 'must', but keep in mind that putting a 'D' piston in an 'A' cylinder isn't what you want to do unless you make sure the clearances are OK.
'Crotchless leather outfit'!!!
I'm gonna report that to the
moderator!!
Oh.......wait.........

What do you mean Alpha designated? Does that mean more money?
