I'm rebuilding my sons 1990 kdx200. No problem figuring out the 12, 9 and three setup for the sub exhaust however how about the center ? do I install with the governor all the way out. Also looking through the exhaust rod in valves closed , Right? So I should see the valve cutouts exposed ? Seems open but when set as directed they face the exhaust port

So when I push in on the governor rod the sub valve cutouts will be showing. This is the closed position ? I get excellent low rpm but flat high rpm.. Gonna check linkage from case to see If its turning the governor
