On the Kawi website for a 1991 KX 500 1.6 the radiator cap 1.6 is 49085-1059. You didn't specify what year yours was but I am pretty sure they are mostly the same rads for most years.

THe part numbers are different for the radiatiors, but you could go on bikebandit and see what a 91 1.6 rad. cap goes for and take a chance.

went on bikebandit

The part number for a 91 KX 500 is 49085-1059 for a 1.6
THe part number for an 04 200 is 49085-1070. For a 1.1
THe first 5 numbers are the referance numbers as I recently found out, I think that is why you get the same part number. I went to the Kawi website to find the numbers.

No reason to mess with Kaw, Honda or any other dealership/third party motorcycle parts provider.

Go to Napa, Autozone, Schuck's..you name it...and buy a 1.6 cap.

Take your KDX cap with you, match bobbin (where the spring is) depth and diameter.

A good parts store will look at the number on your existing cap and be able to tell you a x-ref to an auto that takes the same type.

A lousy parts store will ask you make, model, and year...and as soon as you say 'motorcycle' the loser behind the counter will give you a blank stare and tell you, 'You have to get that from a dealer,' or some other like tommyrot.

The obvious question is, 'Why do you want a 1.6 cap?'

Using one is kind'a like running a #7 heat range spark plug to help with a plug fouling issue.

Do you know what the '1.1' or '1.6' means?

Thank you Mr. Wizard.

I'm simply being my helpful, kind and otherwise benevolent self (thass'a joke, son).

The 200 doesn't generally have overheating problems. If it does overheat there is a better chance of some other problem than what a 1.6 is going to do for you.
