Hello
That "Tiny screw " that has the tiny pin behind it
at the base of the Kips unit /Right gearcase area.
Was halfway out ,I unscrewed it the rest of the way
A pin came out with it .
I cleaned out the hole and Loctited the screw back in
with the pin.

Please Don't tell me I have to split the cases now
Because you cant ever let that pin come out!!!!
(I have the Kawi shop manual) which is lame compared to the Clymer Manual,Which they don't make on for an '03 200..

Thanks
Tony

You should be fine. Take the cover off where the rod goes onto the cylinder & manually move the CLAW to the right. If it moves back to its resting position on its own you should be fine. The screw is meant to keep the PIN IN so the rod does not go Round, Round, Baby Round, Round, Like a Record Baby, Round, Round Baby, Round Round :supz:
