If you were to ballpark setting up KDX forks for a 200 pound rider (not including the weight of gear), what would you go for?

Springs weight -- .41? Any use of progressive springs as in KTM?

Oil level?

Etc.

Thanks,

Rick

Yep. I've been there. .40 or maybe .41 springs, since I often have a heavy backpack.

Any word on progressive springs?

Rick

I`m 185, and find it best to use a straight weigth spring. My bike is a 1992 kdx 200 so setting may not be the same. I have 43 springs from race tect, oil is 5" from top of fork tube. work great for me.
