Just got a carb to replace the 28mm on my 220SR, carb I got is a Keihin PWK V675EI20, anyone know if this is the standard 200 carb, reason for asking is that measuring the ID it starts at 36mm and tapers in to 35.5mm on the engine side. I was planning to bore it out to 36 but not sure if it is worth the trip at those sizes (max 55mm ID on the filter side). Looks massive compared to the one I have fitted

I thought about doing exactly what you are doing but I gave it up and went the RB modification route. That way everything bolts up, cables fit, etc. Outside of a pipe it was the best money I ever spent on my 220. Plus it sure looked pretty.
