Silly question, but have you tried any of the local M/C shops in your area? Any of the different brands of motorcycles that use Keihin PWK, PWM, PE and PJ carbs, these clips will work for you.
Please do not go to the hardware store and find something close - it will not be close enough! I have seen this way too many times, people that do this end up ruining the needle or breaking it.
The stock clip is .3 mm thick (.0118"). These clips are $1.50 ea.
Thank you,
Ron

Thanks. I have no problem ordering from the shop or even better if they have it in stock. Where can I get the part number? They love it when you know what you want.

What brought this on is the heat. I needed to raise the clip from the 3rd to the 2nd position 'cause I was getting a little sputter in the 1/4 to 3/4 roll-on throttle range. Really noticed it in mellow sections and dirt roads the other day on a killer route-sheet ride in southern Vt. I went to move the clip yesterday and spread it too much when I put it on the 2nd position and it tweaked so half of it went back on to the 3rd. Tried to close it back up with the needle nose and I bent it a little. Now I don't trust it. Thank god I don't have one minute to ride for the next couple of days.
Green Hornet; Your bike reg'd? Come on up. The ride we did the other day was awesome. NETRA Springfield, VT Loop. 70.4 miles. The first half is good and technical due to the heavy, flooding rains we've had. Some of the trails have been turned into stream beds from flash floods so the KDX loves it! My brother-in-law is running a trials tire on the back of his Gas Gas and he was diggin' it.

Just tell the parts counter you need a Needle Clip for a PWK Carb. If he needs part number, then go to a different shop

Agreed.
If a bike shop can't get you a clip for a Keihin needle with you ASKING for a clip for a Keihin needle, that isn't much of a shop.
Still, if you wish:
